At Mandala by Drika, all products are made to order. Please read our return policy carefully before purchasing.

What we cover

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, misprinted, or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@mandalabydrika.com with photos of the issue. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

What we don’t cover

Since each piece is custom-made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. We encourage you to review our Size Guide carefully before placing your order.

Lost packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will investigate and resolve the issue.

Wrong address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
