Processing Time

All products are made to order. Orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.

Where does my order ship from?

We work with print-on-demand fulfillment centers located around the world. Your order will be shipped from the facility closest to your location.

Customs and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.

My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?

Please check the following before contacting us: verify your confirmation email for address errors, check with your local post office, and ask your neighbors. If the issue persists, contact us at info@mandalabydrika.com with your order number.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, including your zip code. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
